What is the song that Central Pacific Bank uses in its iPod Shuffle commercial?

The commercial — which features ecstatic bank customers with varying dance skills enjoying their new iPods — seems to be using a relatively generic music track. That is, it is not a specific song by a particular artist, but a synthesized (and therefore inexpensive) tune.

While the chord progression is a common one, my best guess is that the song is based on a dance track titled \"Start the Commotion\" by a group called The Wiseguys (off their 1999 album The Antidote), which was recently featured in a television ad for Mitsubishi automobiles. You can hear an audio sample of this song in Windows Media format at Amazon.com (it\'s track number nine).
